Project Management within Velti is to ensure that the necessary project governance, controls and structure are put in place to minimise project risks and meet customer expectations.

Our Project Managers are visible project leaders for team members, peers and management while being responsive and attentive to customer needs and goals.

They are responsible for defining project cost and schedule estimates according to client specifications and controlling their progress during the project lifecycle. This is achieved through diligent tracking, risk mitigation, effective communication, reporting and leadership.
