Account management

Our Account Management team is responsible for building long-tem relationships with existing and potential customers.

The team drives new business and seeks out new growth opportunities for Velti by expanding the existing client portfolio and developing new prospect opportunities.

Through careful management of customer relationships, the Account Management team acts as respected and trusted strategic advisors. Working closely with the client, they gain a full understanding of a client’s business needs and match Velti products and services to these requirements.

Liaising with the key stakeholders, they proactively develop innovative solutions for clients. Working closely with the Pre-Sales team they create strategic bespoke proposals to cover a client’s specific needs, on brief and in line with the client's brand objectives.

As an ambassador of Velti, Account Managers ensure that the company provides clients with a consistently high standard of service and is responsible for the short and long term profitability of each account.
